The HeadMouse Exteme replaces a standard computer mouse for people who cannot use their hands. It translates the movements of a user's head into directly proportional movements of the computer mouse pointer. It is a small and compact unit which attaches to the front of your desktop or laptop computer screen, and may also be used with many communication devices.
