Before contacting NovitaTech please refer to the product manual and the manufacturers’ website links listed at the bottom of this page.
A cost may be incurred for product support depending on the age of the product and the level of support required.
Please note that NovitaTech only provides product support within Australia.
When you contact us please provide the following information:
- Your name
- contact details
- organisation
- product name
- model/software version
- serial number
- approximate date of purchase
- description of the problem
