Training
NovitaTech can provide group training in a range of areas:
- How to determine the most suitable assistive technology for clients.
- Getting started with your new product purchased from NovitaTech.
- How to get the most out of your device or software.
- Strategies for effective implementation of assistive technology.
- Tips for troubleshooting and maintenance.

Please provide information about your city/location, what type of training you would like, duration of training, time of day and number of participants. This will help us to provide an accurate quotation for the training session.
The minimum charge for training sessions is $300 excluding GST ($150 per hour excluding GST - minimum 2 hour delivery).
Suggested session time frames:
- 3 hour training session (half day)
- 6 hour training session (full day)

Travel Costs:
NovitaTech need to recover the costs associated with getting to the training venue. This may include the cost of airfares, car hire/taxi fares and travel time if applicable. Travel time is charged at $100 per hour.
Accommodation:
Accommodation may be required the night before and/or the night following training delivery. NovitaTech will charge this back to the customer at cost.
Training Venue Costs:
Training cannot always be delivered in-house. Where an external venue is required this will be charged at cost.
Participants will gain maximum benefit from training if:
- all computer hardware is fully operational
- all software has been installed and configured correctly
- all participants are competent in basic computer skills.
NovitaTech is able to provide training anywhere within Australia.
