Details of confidentiality
The test laboratory is audited for confidentiality procedures which prohibit disclosure to third parties of:
- items that are scheduled for testing, are under test or have been tested
- any test results without the authorisation of the client.
However, we do require permission to publish lists of successful products.
Inspection visits to the laboratory are welcomed but require notice, and visitors must be accompanied by a Laboratory staff member. No cameras are allowed in the Test Laboratory.
