Obtaining a quotation
Written quotations for time and cost are provided from information supplied. They are valid for thirty working days and prices are stated in Australian dollars. No alterations found before or during the testing will be implemented without the clients approval.
The receipt of sample(s) after our quotation is despatched is taken as acceptance of the quotation. If testing is interrupted, the client will only be charged for work that has been completed. Testing is performed in order of booking of test samples into our testing schedule.
