Quotes - How to prepare your own online quote yourself
Before generating a quote online you will firstly need to register (see purple "shopping cart" box at bottom right of Assistive Technology home page). Once you have supplied your details and nominated a password you will be able to save and store your quotes, access your online order history and edit your log-in profile. In fact upon future visits to the site it is probably a good idea to log-in as a matter of course if you are seeking quotes or going shopping.
So, having either registered or logged-in you simply need to scroll down to the bottom of any product page you are interested in until you reach the price box. Select the product mix and quantity needed and then click "add to cart" (found just below the box). This will take you to shopping cart step 1/5. Hit "save cart as quote" and you will be provided with your quote details, number and expiry date.
To print the quote either right-click and select print or ctrl P.
To save the quote right-click and click select all, copy and then paste into a word document or email page.
At this stage if you decide to carry on and purchase the product hit "proceed with quote".
How to order
Since NovitaTech's website has full online shopping you may well choose to use this facility. We accept the following credit cards; Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Diners Club and Bankcard.
Email, fax or post
You may still email, fax or post your written order to NovitaTech (telephone orders will not be accepted).
Please include the following details:
- 1. products that you wish to buy (plus stock codes if known)
- 2. delivery address and/or invoice address
- 3. name & contact details.
Or you can print or download our Purchase order form (PDF-53Kb). You will need Acrobat Reader to do this (download Acrobat Reader if needing latest version).
Order online
To place an order online just scroll down to the bottom of any product page you are interested in and select the product mix (for example device + carry case) and quantity wanted before hitting "add to cart", found at the bottom of the price box. Then follow the five steps through to check out.
If you have registered or logged in then this process is faster and easier plus your order information will be securely stored for your future viewing. At stage four you have the opportunity to add "other information" and to claim a rebate for any trial fees paid within the last six months.
If you are ordering online and require delivery within a certain timeframe (for example outside school holidays), please advise via email assistivetech@novita.org.au
Prices
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Delivery outside Australia will incur additional cost. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Delivery charge
A single delivery fee of $15 applies to each order for despatch anywhere in Australia (overseas deliveries will incur additional costs).

53 137 537 636 is our ABN number.
Product support and training
Telephone support is available in Australia, both before and after sale, for all products. Consultants and technical staff are skilled in the operation and application of our product range. Help, support and advice can be obtained by calling 1300 855 585 or by emailing us at assistivetech@novita.org.au.
We have a range of resources available for self-study for particular products. We also offer training on products and skill development from NovitaTech, and in your local area. Call for details, or to request a custom designed training presentation in your locality.
Warranty
All of our products are supplied with a standard one year (parts and labour) warranty unless otherwise stated.
This does not include products advertised in the reduced price section.
Extended warranty
An extended warranty may be purchased at the time of sale for selected products. Warranty can be purchased for an extra one to three years, commencing from the expiry of the standard warranty period. Please call for details.
Refunds & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with any NovitaTech product please contact us.
Hardware - items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. If you wish to return an item please contact us. Items are only accepted provided the item and its packaging are in as new condition. On receipt of the returned item NovitaTech will:
- refund your money
- ship you an exchange product, or
- give you a credit.
Software - due to the nature of software and concerns regarding piracy, NovitaTech unfortunately is unable to accept returns of software programs. Replacements are available for items that are faulty.
Local visits
We regularly travel to all states of Australia to demonstrate new equipment and provide after sales support and training. Please call us to request a visit to your area.
