Product Service and Repairs
NovitaTech provides a fast, friendly, reliable and cost-effective technical support, device repair and customisation service. We offer these services through our electronics workshop facility operated by fully qualified staff, on a wide variety of electronic aids and assistive technology (AT) devices for people with disabilities.
We strive to quickly alleviate customer distress by providing expert specialist skills to help solve problems that you may be experiencing with a device or product.
If you’re having a problem with a device, we ask that in the first instance you do the following:
- Check if the device’s removable batteries need replacing or that the power source is OK.
- Check the device manual or user guide for any tips or help regarding the specific issue.
- Check on the manufacturer’s website - Look for their Support or Help sections.
If you’re still having difficulties, please contact us by email at email@example.com or call 1300 85 55 85, and we can discuss the problems you’re having, promptly offering some solutions.
A cost may be incurred for some device support services depending on the age of the device, level of support required and if covered by any remaining NovitaTech supplied warranties.
N.B. We can only provide device technical support, repairs and customisation for customers within Australia.
